About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide timely, efficient, and accurate service for special-function patrons and their dining experiences
Support family rooms, catering rooms, special events for KSE or Legends, and other catering events
Report on time and arrive at the assigned area promptly
Complete event setup 30 minutes before the event starts
Perform opening, closing, breakdown, and cleanup duties
Maintain Legends’ service standards and comply with alcohol-service policies
Maintain knowledge of stadium food, beverage, and retail outlets
Maintain extensive knowledge of food and beverage menus, specials, and services
Follow the Legends Sequence of Service, including processing cards and payments for every transaction
Maintain a clean, neat, and safe work environment
Communicate and collaborate with catering leads, management, associates, service departments, club spaces, and arena teams
Complete tasks assigned by management
Provide professional and discreet service to VIPs, artists, players, families, and clients
Complete company-wide safety training and additional job-specific safety training

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 years of catering experience required
2 years of bartending experience and drink-mixing experience required
Open availability required
Fluent communication with guests in English
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to work varying event schedules, including nights, evenings, weekends, early morning events, and breakfasts
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs while walking
Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, pull and push loaded carts, move tables and chairs, and set up event spaces
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, restock, and perform repetitive motions
Ability to operate a POS
Ability to card guests for every transaction and cut off service when needed
Ability to maintain confidentiality with VIPs, artists, players, families, and clients
Ability to follow safety policies, procedures, regulations, and complete required safety training
