About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Interact with guests to assure guest satisfaction
- Provide guests with personal service and attention to detail
- Serve food, soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer
- Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within casino
- Clear and clean tables and run food
- Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
- Maintain knowledge of other food, beverage, and retail outlets within the casino
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- All applicants must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven restaurant serving or waitering experience in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to interact with co-workers to assure compliance with company service standards
- Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette
- Hands-on experience with POS
- Ability to perform each essential duty with energy and enthusiasm
