About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate and book domestic travel, including flights, lodging, ground transportation, and per diem
  • Maintain travel calendars and serve as primary contact for travel issues
  • Process, reconcile, and track employee expense reports using Concur
  • Create, track, and manage SWAT tickets to onboard new employees into the NIWC command
  • Coordinate CAC and Flankspeed provisioning and ensure timely resolution
  • Provide calendar management, meeting and event logistics, and digital file organization
  • Securely handle sensitive information
  • Support day-to-day operations for the USMC team and approximately 100 personnel

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Five (5) years or more of work experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and track data for large teams (50+ personnel)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft clear, professional reports and correspondence
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment with minimal supervision
  • No clearance required to start; must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance
