About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate accounting, planning, administration, budgeting, financial analysis, funding control, and funding allocation functions supporting a Senior Executive in the Air Traffic Organization
- Analyze business processes and create defined business and operational controls and processes
- Support business and management elements of logistics operations
- Prepare correspondence, schedule meetings, and manage the Senior Executive's calendar
- Serve as the FAA ATO International Travel Desk Analyst using the Travel Request Electronic Clearance System (TRECS)
- Work with developers to resolve TRECS system issues
- Use the State Department Electronic Country Clearance (eCC) system to create, submit, and track approvals for 300+ travelers
- Develop an annual fiscal-year travel plan for 300+ travelers
- Facilitate monthly meetings for the ATO International Travel Review Board
Requirements
What you’ll need- A 4-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree with a major in any field that included or was supplemented by at least 24 semester hours in accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management
- Five (5) years of relevant experience
- US Citizenship is required
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
