About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications in C++
- Participate in requirements analysis, software design, code reviews, and product reviews
- Collaborate closely with QA to deliver reliable, high-quality software
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects
- Contribute to product architecture and technical design discussions
- Report to the Director of Software Development
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelors and two (2) years or more experience; Masters and 0 years related experience
- At least two years of professional C++ software development experience
- At least two years of Linux and Windows software development experience
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- U.S. citizenship required
- Ability to successfully complete a background check required
- Active Top Secret Clearance required
- Experience with Qt framework and related development tools is a plus
- Experience with Linux and/or Windows internals is a plus
- Experience with Cryptography or Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) is a plus
- Experience with Java is a plus
