About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide technical leadership and direction to meet customer, program, and quality requirements
- Maintain cognizance of relevant technical issues and concerns and provide recommendations
- Coordinate and lead resolution of enterprise-level technical issues
- Engage with the appropriate SE&I team, document resolutions, and ensure technical baseline updates and corrections are tracked and accomplished
- Manage staff and tasks to meet contractual obligations and provide exceptional engineering support to the U.S. Government customer
- Collaborate with the government team, government leads, external organizations, and prime contractors
- Lead the Mission Delta 31 team and manage projects across the team
- Ensure processes and products are delivered with quality and professionalism
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics, physics or equivalent technical discipline and eighteen (14) years of systems integration and systems engineering related or equivalent experience
- Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI
- Experience serving as a team, project or program manager on performance-based contracts for the U.S. Government
- Experience in system operations
- Demonstrated understanding of System Engineering practices, policies, and techniques
- Demonstrated experience working with or for the government
- Demonstrated experience writing and delivering technical and professional documents
- Desired: GPS/PNT experience
- Desired: Active TS/SCI clearance
- Desired: Graduate or Doctoral degree in math, science, or engineering
