About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans to support organizational change initiatives
  • Create informative and engaging content to communicate key details about the change initiative to stakeholders
  • Manage communication channels and ensure effective and consistent dissemination of messages across relevant platforms
  • Collaborate with project teams and leadership to align communications with change management goals and strategies
  • Provide clear and consistent messaging to promote awareness, understanding, and adoption of the change initiative
  • Create and deliver Organizational Change Management deliverables, including stakeholder analyses, communication plans, and change impact assessments
  • Support the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts Cloud Technology Broker Integration Partner contract
  • Provide services to build cloud foundations for the Judiciary, including cloud advisory, strategy, and implementation services

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience working on previous Organizational Change Management projects and creating OCM deliverables
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
  • An OCM certification (desired)
  • Knowledge, interest, and experience in delivering OCM projects specifically related to cloud technology initiatives (desired)
  • Experience with Technical Writing (desired)
