About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Interpret and apply regulations, policies, procedures, and guidance
  • Research, analyze, and translate requirements into clear procedures and job aids
  • Identify gaps and issues, recommend solutions, and drive tasks to completion
  • Maintain organized electronic records across email, shared drives, SharePoint, and other systems
  • Review information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Provide customer support and explain requirements to staff across 50+ offices
  • Track deadlines, action items, submissions, and follow-ups across multiple offices
  • Conduct in-person office visits, document key information, and brief the team
  • Prepare written communications, status updates, briefings, and PowerPoint presentations
  • Use Excel and other tools to maintain data, monitor metrics, and prepare status reports

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience, or 4 years experience in lieu of degree
  • Active Secret clearance
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and other collaboration tools
  • Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills
