Align configurations and architectural decisions with FAA digital governance and enterprise architecture frameworks.
Promote FAA business process reengineering and standardization.
Provide documentation, process guides, governance artifacts, knowledge transition artifacts, and training materials.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology + 7 years of progressively more responsible experience in major IT software, hardware, or integration projects, including at least four years of Project Manager experience; Additional experience will be reviewed in lieu of a degree.
Experience with ServiceNow implementations.
Experience managing projects utilizing the PMI framework.
Ability to obtain a Public Trust; citizenship required.
PMP Certification preferred.
ServiceNow certifications preferred.
Scrum Master/Agile experience preferred.
Experience supporting FedRamp authorized software preferred.
Master’s degree in information technology + ten years’ experience performing complex projects in IT software, hardware, or integration preferred.
