About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage R&D project planning, schedule, cost, risk, and technical performance
  • Translate maneuver operational needs into technical requirements and prototypes
  • Coordinate cross-functional engineering across systems, hardware, software, and test
  • Support user evaluations/Soldier touchpoints, experiments, and integration events
  • Ensure compliance with Army/DoD standards, acquisition processes, and reporting
  • Interface with Army Maneuver stakeholders, DEVCOM, T2COM, and MFCD leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BS & 6+ years R&D project/program management experience supporting Army Maneuver or combat arms modernization
  • Background in maneuver-enabling technologies (mobility systems, robotics/autonomy, actuation/controls, survivability systems)
  • Experience with Army modernization priorities: protected mobility, adaptive sustainment, deep sensing, C2 resilience
  • Strong DoD acquisition knowledge; TRL progression; prototype-to-program transitions
  • SECRET clearance
  • Preferred: Experience with actuation/flight controls, unmanned systems, platform integration
  • Preferred: Familiarity with MDO concepts and Maneuver modernization strategy
  • Preferred: Experience with DEVCOM/T2COM/PEO partners
