About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Enhance cybersecurity and identity management capabilities
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, including DHS CISA integrators, to implement ILM/MUR solutions at the Department of Transportation
- Integrate DOT's SailPoint infrastructure with ServiceNow
- Maintain the ILM solution across development, testing, and production environments
- Support ILM workflows for Privileged Account Management tools and Active Directory
- Build new system connections
- Maintain Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation Dashboard integrations
- Deploy software updates
- Report on SailPoint IdentityIQ operations
- Support identification and remediation of security vulnerabilities
- Provide on-call and after-hours support
- Participate in annual Disaster Recovery testing and document recovery plans
- Provide subject matter expertise and recommend and implement improvements
- Ensure compliance with DOT change-management processes
- Enhance reporting capabilities and ensure CDM dashboard data integrity per DHS CISA requirements
- Conduct technology evaluations, proofs of concept, pilots, demos, quantitative analysis of alternatives, and recommendation documentation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience or Master's Degree and 3+ years of experience
- 8+ years of related experience providing business solutions engineering support is strongly preferred
- SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer certification
- Three years of experience designing and implementing integrated lifecycle management processes in an enterprise comparable to the Department of Transportation, supporting SailPoint initiatives
- Three years of hands-on SailPoint system administration experience, including integration and configuration with Active Directory and HR systems
- Working knowledge of integrating SailPoint with CyberArk
- Ability to troubleshoot and maintain SailPoint connectors and integrations
- Strong working knowledge of Active Directory account management, Group Policy, AD Schema, PKI, and PowerShell scripting
- General working knowledge of databases, especially SQL Server 2019
- Experience with database backups, indexing, integrity checks, installation and configuration, ports and protocols, maintenance plans, and troubleshooting
- Experience with data modeling and schemas and ability to understand Entity Relationship Diagrams
- Must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder who has resided in the U.S. for at least 3 years
- Ability to obtain a public trust
