Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, develop, and maintain reliable, scalable, and secure applications using Java, C#, or both
  • Contribute to front-end development with React by building responsive, user-friendly interfaces
  • Design, implement, and manage automated data flows between systems using Apache NiFi
  • Quickly understand legacy code, tools, and technologies
  • Write and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards
  • Conduct thorough application testing and debugging to ensure software quality, performance, and reliability
  • Participate in code reviews, architecture planning, and technical discussions
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree and nine (9) years of experience; four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree
  • Ability to independently learn the domain and technology stack used on the project to fill skill gaps
  • Proficiency in Java and/or C# with experience building large-scale applications
  • Hands-on experience with React for front-end development, including functional and/or class-based components
  • Strong understanding of database design and development
  • Proficiency in querying SQL within an MSSQL database
  • Familiarity with API development and integration using REST or GraphQL
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills
  • Proficiency with Git or another version control system
  • Active Secret Security Clearance
