About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own product strategy and backlog, balancing regulatory objectives, compliance requirements, technical feasibility, and business value within a Scaled Agile framework, including PI planning
  • Write user stories, clarify complex business rules, define acceptance criteria, and perform functional testing
  • Oversee a cross-functional Scrum team comprising Human-Centered Design, Engineering, and QA
  • Lead planning and synchronization ceremonies
  • Partner with engineering to define technical requirements and evaluate system architecture trade-offs
  • Guide API integrations and embed security, Section 508 accessibility, and automation into the product
  • Build consensus across federal agency departments, committees, boards, executives, and subcontracting partners
  • Communicate progress, milestones, and metrics to ensure transparency and alignment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience as a digital Product Manager leading platform modernizations or large-scale digital transformations in iterative, highly regulated, multi-vendor agile environments
  • Ability to bridge high-level policy goals with granular technical specifications, including APIs, CI/CD, and Infrastructure-as-Code
  • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Must be a citizen of the United States
  • Ability to pass a Public Trust background check
