About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze talent data from HRIS platforms, talent assessments, performance management systems, engagement surveys, and exit data to generate actionable trends and insights
- Partner with the People Analytics team to develop and maintain talent dashboards, scorecards, and reporting frameworks
- Analyze and monitor the effectiveness of talent initiatives through ongoing measurement and evaluation
- Identify patterns and trends related to attrition, engagement, performance, succession readiness, and workforce demographics
- Present talent analytics findings and strategic recommendations to HR leadership and business stakeholders
- Leverage HR technology platforms, talent analytics tools, and HR information systems to drive project execution and enhance data integrity and accessibility
- Contribute to HR COE Talent Management workstreams
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for talent management programs
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and barriers, and develop mitigation strategies
- Maintain program documentation, process maps, and standard operating procedures
- Track and report program outcomes, budget utilization, and return on investment
- Drive continuous improvement using stakeholder feedback, industry best practices, and lessons learned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree with 9+ years of experience in talent management, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, people analytics, or a related human-capital discipline
- 4 additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
- Advanced Excel skills, including organizing, combining, and analyzing complex workforce data
- Working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools
- Ability to turn data into clear business stories and practical recommendations
- Strong critical and systems thinking skills; ability to connect information across workstreams and glean insights
- Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working with different partners and levels, including analytics, HR, program teams, and senior leaders
- Solid project-management skills; ability to organize work, balance priorities, coordinate stakeholders, and meet deadlines with quality work
- Analytical and systems-thinking mindset with the ability to translate insights into tools and action
- US Citizenship is required
