About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and configure ServiceNow applications using CMDB modules
Work on several customers' platforms in a fast-paced environment
Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions
Perform data analysis, integrations, and migration activities
Customize ServiceNow catalog features, workflows, asset management features, and integrations
Create catalog items and customize workflows
Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging
Provide technical support and maintenance for ServiceNow implementations
Stay updated on ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and configuration; alternatively, Master's degree and 3 years of experience, or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree
Must have or be able to obtain ServiceNow CIS in one or more of: SPM, Data Foundations, DISC, SAM, HAM
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance
Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and PowerShell
Solid understanding of ITIL, ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM best practices and frameworks
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and third-party system integrations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Preferred: Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, and other ITOM/ITAM functionalities
Preferred: Familiarity with CMDB and its role in ITOM and ITAM processes
Preferred: Prior experience in IT asset management and software license management
