About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and grow recruiting initiatives, including SAIC’s employee referral program and related internal and external efforts
- Provide process improvement recommendations and planning for the Talent Acquisition team
- Provide Talent Acquisition process and policy guidance
- Support change management
- Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership to carry out business objectives and represent the recruiting team
- Manage the SAIC referral program, including bi-weekly referral and payout reports, referral mailbox monitoring and responses, and communication activities
- Manage recruiter job board licenses and team roster
- Manage talent acquisition mailboxes and ensure prompt, consistent responses to employees and candidates
- Complete other projects and duties as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field; an additional 4+ years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- 6+ months of experience working in a professional environment, including talent acquisition and/or human resources experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced computer skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently on concurrent projects
- Ability to act with a sense of urgency and shift focus as priorities require
- Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal staff and others
- Must be a US Citizen
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems is desired
