About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee cash positioning, forecasting, and liquidity planning
- Maintain short- and long-term cash flow forecasts using inputs from FP&A, Tax, Accounting, and Financial Shared Services; conduct variance analysis and deliver insights to senior leadership
- Oversee cash settlements and bank administration
- Manage AR Sale Facility activities, including journal entry preparation and cash receipts reconciliation
- Prepare leadership updates on capital structure and capital deployment activities, including Board of Directors presentations
- Assist with bank, lender, and rating agency relationship management
- Evaluate capital structure alternatives and recommend corporate financing transactions, including term loans and bonds
- Track share repurchase program activities; perform valuation analysis and recommend program structure
- Monitor market conditions, rates, spreads, and peer activity to advise on financing windows
- Support GAAP and SEC reporting, including 10-Q and 10-K disclosures
- Manage SOX-aligned internal controls, SOC 1 reviews, audit requests, and segregation-of-duties assessments
- Coordinate quarterly debt compliance certifications and covenant monitoring
- Provide technical guidance, day-to-day support, and mentorship to Treasury team members
- Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Legal, Financial Shared Services, and external banking partners
- Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required and 15 years of experience; alternatively, Master’s degree and 16 years of experience
- 10 years of progressive experience in corporate treasury, finance, accounting, or capital markets
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Legal, and external partners
- Advanced Excel financial modeling skills, including building quantitative financial models for cash-flow forecasting, DCF, and sensitivity analysis
- Strong expertise in cash management and working capital optimization
- Proven ability to coordinate financing transactions and negotiations across multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
- Candidates must be U.S. Citizens
