About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Strengthen culture, employee engagement, and the work environment through participation in team rituals, integration initiatives, and internal communications
Support leaders and teams with development and performance management
Follow up on feedback, understand challenges, and develop solutions and metrics to foster a healthy environment, efficiency, and consistent results
Conduct interviews during the business assessment stage
Propose initiatives to create and maintain a candidate pipeline
Participate in talent attraction fairs and events
Engage in teams’ daily rituals
Contribute to the development and implementation of People strategies aligned with the company culture
Build and facilitate team-building activities
Support internal communications initiatives
Drive the adoption of Artificial Intelligence in daily workflows
Follow up on 1:1 meetings and feedback for teams and leaders
Listen to leadership needs and work toward problem resolution
Contribute to the development and implementation of policies that promote a healthy and productive environment
Support operational efficiency and high-performance initiatives
Support the development of individual and team metrics and KPIs when needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of previous experience as an HRBP
Previous experience in recruitment and selection
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
Strong ability to navigate change and dynamic, fast-growing environments
Creative and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to contribute to business discussions and propose new ideas and solutions
Consultative approach to supporting leaders on general People matters, including recruitment and selection, development, performance, and compensation
Ability to conduct people and management data analyses and provide strategic insights appropriate to the role’s level of seniority
Intermediate Excel skills
Availability to work on-site three days per week in São Leopoldo, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil
Experience in leadership development
A completed university degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, or Engineering is preferred but not required
Experience working at a SaaS company is a plus
