About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create a welcoming environment by demonstrating company values of Excellence, Imagination, and Graciousness
Exceed customer expectations
Develop product knowledge and educate self and others on merchandise
Follow up on customer requests and commitments
Create a welcoming environment through teamwork
Handle, transfer, and process merchandise and inbound/outbound freight
Fulfill, pack, and ship online and store customer orders
Complete merchandise placements according to merchandise standards
Process price changes and reticketing; sign and move marked products
Perform reticketing, damage processing, out-of-stock marking, and inventory control
Back stock and maintain stockroom organization
Merchandise products and set sale events and signage under Manager and Visual guidance
Support setup and takedown of in-store events and activations
Follow safety procedures on the dock and in other work areas

Requirements

What you’ll need

Positive, motivated, and results-driven mindset
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Previous experience in a luxury retail environment
Ability to bend, lift, climb stairs, and stand for extended periods
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
