About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support, maintain, and optimize accounting and financial systems
Lead financial systems support and administration, ensuring reliability, availability, and performance of finance applications
Manage cross-functional financial systems projects with IT, Merchant, Planning, and Inventory Management teams
Analyze complex financial and operational data to identify trends and support self-service reporting
Drive process improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and reduce manual effort
Implement new financial applications, system enhancements, and business solutions
Maintain system configurations, master data, integrations, and controls
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, escalations, and user-reported defects
Support special projects, new business ventures, and strategic technology initiatives with the Financial Systems Manager
Develop and deliver end-user training, documentation, and knowledge resources
Monitor KPIs including system uptime, issue-resolution time, project milestones, user adoption, process efficiency, data accuracy, and training completion

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or equivalent
2–3 years of relevant experience
Highly proficient in MS Excel, Office and Google Suite products
Strong technical and financial background
Strong analytical, intuitive, and interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to serve as a strategic liaison between IT and business-focused departments
Demonstrated ability to evaluate processes and design/execute process improvements
Large platform ERP experience required, with a strong preference for Workday Financials
Experience with Oracle EPM for financial planning and reporting
Hands-on experience building dashboards and visualizing complex data using Tableau and Power BI
Proficient in writing complex SQL queries and understanding how data can be deciphered to tell a story
