About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take on a technical leadership role in complex multi-cloud projects for leading companies
- Own solution and integration architecture in challenging Salesforce projects and programs
- Seamlessly integrate Salesforce solutions into the customer’s overall architecture
- Ensure end-to-end delivery quality and act as the escalation point for architecture-related issues
- Establish architecture governance through design reviews, decision records, and quality assurance measures
- Work closely with project management, consultants, architects, and development teams
- Mentor Solution Architects and support their professional development
- Advance architecture standards and contribute to the company’s technical excellence
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of project experience as a Solution Architect in the Salesforce ecosystem
- In-depth platform and integration expertise across multiple Salesforce Clouds
- Experience in enterprise architecture environments, ideally with knowledge of frameworks such as TOGAF
- Salesforce certifications: Certified Application Architect and Certified System Architect
- Additional CTA-track certifications are an advantage
- Delivery-focused mindset and strong decision-making skills in escalations
- Experience mentoring and developing architects
- Fluent German and very good English
