About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Complete four six-month rotations across Build, Shape, Deliver, and Transform dimensions of the AI lifecycle
Design, prototype, build, and deploy AI-powered applications, agents, and enterprise solutions
Collaborate with teams developing AI agents, process generation, and conversational AI
Partner with field, product, and engineering teams to build, customize, and deploy AI solutions for enterprise customers
Own development from concept through experimentation, development, and production deployment
Translate customer insights and technical discoveries into product improvements, new capabilities, and innovative AI experiences
Transition into high-impact AI teams across Salesforce upon successful fellowship completion

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, software engineering, and technical problem solving
Proficiency in Python
Experience building software, AI, or machine learning applications
Experience and understanding of modern AI tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to enterprise stakeholders and external clients
Demonstrated curiosity, high ownership, and ability to solve complex problems in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
Portfolio evidence of building, deploying, or open-sourcing software or AI applications through projects, research, hackathons, internships, or public repositories
Up to 2 years of internship or professional experience in software engineering, data engineering, machine learning, or solutions architecture is an advantage
Exposure to cloud infrastructure, Spark, SQL, or MLOps pipelines is an advantage
