Key responsibilities & impact

Manage standard configurations, custom development, and data migration elements of Salesforce implementations
Develop and deliver implementations for customers following architect-designed solutions
Understand project needs and debug technical implementation issues
Liaise with Salesforce product teams to support client implementations
Work in an agile and collaborative environment following Salesforce methodology
Work remotely while collaborating with global teams for delivery across geographies

What you’ll need

Current or prior Salesforce intern status required; all others will not be considered
Basic understanding of any programming language; JavaScript, Java, and Apex preferred
Basic front-end development skills (HTML/CSS/JavaScript); LWC is a plus
Basic understanding of a version control system; Git preferred
Familiarity with branching model; Git Flow preferred
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of REST and SOAP API
Basic understanding of Agile methods
Basic knowledge of Salesforce settings and tools, such as Lightning App Builder and Flow, is a plus
Salesforce Associate Certified/Admin certification and Ranger status in Trailhead are a plus
Spoken English and Spanish language skills essential
Effective communication, empathy, teamwork, organization/planning, flexibility, motivation, active listening, and excellent communication skills
