About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Orchestrate end-to-end business delivery for complex, cross-functional Prospect-to-Cash initiatives
- Translate strategic priorities into outcomes, milestones, ownership, dependencies, decision points, and execution plans
- Maintain an integrated delivery view across business, product, technology, process, data, readiness, validation, activation, and integration workstreams
- Drive clarity around scope, outcomes, decision rights, accountabilities, dependencies, assumptions, and critical path
- Facilitate cross-functional forums to accelerate decisions, resolve tradeoffs, remove blockers, and manage business risk
- Identify delivery risks, organizational constraints, capacity concerns, dependency conflicts, and readiness gaps
- Establish delivery governance and operating rhythms with business and technical leaders
- Connect delivery execution with business validation, UAT, change readiness, enablement, communications, and adoption
- Define success measures and business-value outcomes from projected value through launch, stabilization, adoption, and realized impact
- Transition programs into launch, hypercare, stabilization, and business-as-usual ownership
- Support merger and acquisition integration across P2C processes, systems, teams, policies, data, and seller experiences
- Develop business integration roadmaps covering milestones, interdependencies, decision points, risks, and readiness requirements
- Coordinate integration planning for pre-close, Day 1 readiness, interim operating models, cutover, and longer-term transformation
- Establish ownership and governance for integration decisions, risks, and unresolved dependencies
- Partner with change and activation teams on organizational impacts and readiness strategies
- Capture integration lessons learned to strengthen M&A delivery playbooks and practices
- Build partnerships across P2C, Technology, Product, Corporate Strategy, Sales, Finance, M&A, and enterprise organizations
- Analyze delivery challenges, identify root causes, and develop execution-improvement recommendations
- Apply AI and automation to program synthesis, risk identification, dependency analysis, executive reporting, knowledge management, and decision support
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience leading complex business transformation, program delivery, business operations, strategic initiatives, M&A integration, or cross-functional technology-enabled change
- Demonstrated experience orchestrating initiatives involving multiple business functions, technology teams, executive stakeholders, and organizational dependencies
- Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, integrations, divestitures, or similarly complex enterprise transformations is preferred
- Strong understanding of Prospect-to-Cash / Lead-to-Cash processes
- Ability to translate ambiguous strategic priorities into structured execution models, clear accountabilities, actionable plans, and measurable outcomes
- Strong business judgment to identify important decisions, risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs
- Ability to influence without authority and create alignment across teams
- Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate clearly with working teams and senior executives
- Experience facilitating executive and cross-functional discussions that result in decisions, accountability, and forward progress
- Strong problem-solving capability, including root-cause analysis, scenario development, recommendation building, and structured decision support
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and adjust delivery approaches
- Strong ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes
- Experience with change management, business readiness, UAT/business validation, product delivery, operational transformation, or integration management is strongly preferred
- Experience with Salesforce products and platform capabilities is a plus
- Experience with modern work-management, portfolio-management, or collaboration tools is a plus
- PMP, Agile, Lean, change management, M&A integration, or similar certifications may be beneficial but are not required
