About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end customer engagements across the complete value lifecycle: Identify, Commit, Deploy, and Consume
Define customers’ Agentic AI strategy and roadmap
Lead design workshops, agent design sessions, and jobs-to-be-done analysis
Architect solutions spanning Salesforce’s agentic AI platform, Data Cloud, and enterprise systems
Embed responsible AI governance into solution design
Manage engagement timelines, stakeholder communication, risk escalation, and progress reporting
Own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics
Identify blockers and develop strategies for measurable value realization
Coordinate Forward Deployed Engineers and align strategy with technical execution
Develop customer solutions using Cursor, Claude, and coding products such as Vibes
Serve as the primary customer-facing contact for senior stakeholders
Assess AI readiness and guide change management and process transformation
Synthesize field insights into product feedback for Salesforce’s Agentic AI platform roadmap

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, delivery leadership, or programme management for enterprise cloud or SaaS technology
Degree in Computer Science or a related field
Prior customer-facing delivery experience in consulting, professional services, or technical advisory
Demonstrated understanding of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem, including Agentic AI capabilities and Data Cloud
Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex
Ability to lead complex, ambiguous engagements end-to-end from discovery through measurable outcomes
Experience leading AI/LLM solution design, including agentic AI strategy, conversation design, and responsible AI practices
Strong project and programme management skills
Ability to travel 25% of the time to customer sites
Preferred: Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce platform, and Salesforce CRM experience
Preferred: AI solutions in regulated industries
Preferred: Salesforce, Microsoft, Oracle, or similar platform certifications
Preferred: change management, organisational design, or enterprise transformation background
Preferred: AI/ML concepts including NLP, RAG architectures, and model evaluation frameworks
