About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain expertise with the Salesforce Platform, AIforce, Agentforce, and Data Cloud
Create content integrating Salesforce technologies
Build end-to-end applications and integrations supporting team programs and initiatives
Create code samples, prototypes, and visually compelling demos focused on AI-powered solutions, intelligent agents, and scalable data architectures
Write technical content and produce on-demand and live-streamed videos for APAC audiences and languages where relevant
Support virtual and in-person events with technical talks, demonstrations, and workshops
Help Trailblazer Community Group Leaders, MVPs, and community members grow and succeed
Collaborate with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams as the voice of the Trailblazer in APAC
Travel domestically and sometimes internationally to present to live audiences

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience implementing on the Salesforce Platform
Deep understanding of enterprise developers' needs on Salesforce, especially AI and data business solutions
Technical expertise in web applications, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Apex, and APIs
Willingness to learn and apply AIforce, Agentforce, and Data Cloud technologies
Certifications or equivalent hands-on technical experience in Salesforce development
Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
Experience making complex technical concepts accessible and understandable
Understanding of changing content consumption and sharing behaviors
Self-starter and collaborative team player
Passion for learning and new technologies
Strategic thinking and strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to travel up to 30%
