About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Set and champion the 2–3 year strategic vision for the Labs portfolio
Advise Cloud GMs and Product Management teams on Labs investment strategies, retirements, and ecosystem value
Build partnerships across Legal, Product Security, Marketing, Solution Engineering, and Trailblazer Community teams
Act as the primary operational liaison to Product Security for ecosystem security programs, review methodologies, and compliance frameworks
Lead high-priority partner security escalations and resolve critical vulnerabilities with executive stakeholders
Own the business and operational strategy for the Security Review fee structure
Partner with Product Managers and Product Security to optimize technical security baselines and reduce review cycle times
Architect and own the AgentExchange Security & Labs AI-tooling roadmap
Lead generative-AI strategy for “Content-in-a-Box” deployment kits, including demo scripts, technical blog posts, and enablement decks
Synthesize program-health data into executive-level reports
Direct harmonization of disparate datasets into actionable dashboards and sources of truth
Translate ecosystem telemetry into lifecycle recommendations, including sunsetting underperforming solutions or investing in trending categories
Present as a platform expert at community events and conferences such as Dreamforce, World Tours, and Community Dreamin’ events
Coordinate with Marketing to drive visibility, demand, and community engagement for Labs solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of leadership experience in program management, technical product management, or GTM strategy within a high-growth SaaS enterprise
Documented success leading large, cross-functional matrixed initiatives and aligning executive stakeholders up to the SVP/EVP level without direct reports
Strong background navigating complex software security reviews, managing high-stakes client/partner escalations, or designing program operational structures
Practical, hands-on experience embedding LLM/AI workflows into business operational workflows, backed by measurable lift metrics
Deep architectural and conceptual familiarity with the Salesforce platform, including Admin, Developer, and Architect personas, AgentExchange, and the Trailblazer ecosystem
Preferred certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform Developer I, and Platform Developer II
