About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead engagements through the full Salesforce Delivery Methodology lifecycle: Discover, Define, Design, Deliver, Deploy, Scale, Monitor & Control
Help customers launch and mature on Slack, including driving adoption of Slack AI
Partner with Enterprise customers to align scope, objectives, and success measures
Build senior client relationships and provide strategic guidance on delivery execution and AI-driven ways of working
Continuously improve delivery methodology programs using AI-native delivery practices
Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget; manage key issues and risks
Work cross-functionally to bring the right resources, including AI tooling, to each engagement
Support customers extending Slack through integrations with Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Agentforce

Requirements

What you’ll need

8-10+ years of program/project delivery experience for Engagement Delivery Manager, or 10-12+ years for Senior Engagement Delivery Manager, preferably in SaaS and/or professional services
5+ years of program management experience, preferably within a SaaS organization
Working knowledge of, or ability to quickly ramp on, the Salesforce Delivery Methodology and Slack AI product capabilities
Strong leadership, energy, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication skills with customers and internally, including comfort presenting and discussing at the C-level
Demonstrated ability to think creatively about a modern, AI-enabled delivery organization
Proven track record resolving issues and risks cross-functionally and collaboratively
Confidence building relationships with customers and internal partners
Natural curiosity, love of learning, and habit of sharing knowledge
Strong sense of urgency in driving projects to completion, balanced with knowing when to ask for help
Familiarity with Salesforce products and how they integrate with Slack is a plus, though not required
