About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Architect, design, implement, test, and deliver highly scalable products
Master and improve the development process, culture, and code base
Ensure quality in your own code and other engineers' code
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, user experience experts, and performance engineers
Mentor others in development technologies, tools, and processes
Present designs to internal and external groups and review others' designs
Develop test strategies and automation frameworks
Write unit and functional tests to increase code coverage

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of proven experience in front-end engineering
Solid knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, HTML5, JSON, and Ajax
Experience with ReactJS, Flux, Redux, Relay/GraphQL, React Native, Ember.js, or Node.js
Understanding of at least one object-oriented language: Java, JavaScript, C++, C#, Ruby, or Python
Experience in automated testing, including unit and functional testing, such as JUnit, Selenium, Mocha, or QUnit
Experience building with Claude and similar AI coding tools, using agent loops, tool use, and well-grounded context engineering
Excellent interpersonal skills
A degree or equivalent relevant experience
Preferred: experience building highly scalable web applications
Preferred: experience with Agile software development
Preferred: knowledge of database technologies such as SQL and relational schema design
