About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with Internal Audit teams throughout the audit lifecycle
Develop optimized SQL queries and AI system prompts to extract, profile, and reconcile high-volume data
Build Python and other scripts for data cleaning, transformation, and repeatable audit testing
Use AI tools to accelerate data analysis, summarize findings, draft work papers, and build lightweight internal tooling
Design audit-ready Tableau visualizations and dashboards communicating risk and findings
Learn business systems to assess data lineage, controls, and risk
Provide light system administration support for GRC and other tooling, including access, workflow configuration, and troubleshooting
Identify AI and analytics opportunities, process gaps, risk trends, data quality issues, and automation opportunities
Support training and enablement for audit staff on analytics tools, dashboards, and AI-assisted workflows
Document methodology, assumptions, and results for repeatable, reviewable analytics

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–4 years of experience in AI, Agentic AI, data analytics, audit analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical role
1–2 years of experience in audit, internal audit, risk security, or a related field
Experience building and deploying production-grade LLM systems, including agents, tool integration, MCP, retrieval/grounding, and prompt optimization
Strong principles around agent engineering, including tool scoping, grounded reasoning, safe failure handling, and continuous model evaluation
Strong proficiency in SQL
Working proficiency in Python
Capability to use probabilistic models and tune them for deterministic, audit-defensible results
Experience building dashboards or reports in Tableau or a comparable BI tool
Ability to learn business systems and processes, gather stakeholder requirements, and reason about data flow, controls, and risk
Proactive, self-starting approach to problem-solving
Comfort with basic system administration tasks on business platforms such as an eGRC tool
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including training non-technical colleagues
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, business, accounting, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
Prior experience in internal audit, external audit, risk management, or compliance analytics preferred
Hands-on administration experience with a GRC platform preferred
Familiarity with control frameworks such as COSO and SOX preferred
Experience with additional analytics or automation tools preferred
Exposure to Salesforce's platform and data model preferred
