About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead ad-hoc and deep-dive analyses for high-priority business questions
Build predictive models and forecasts for planning and decision-making
Conduct variance, impact, and root cause analyses to explain performance drivers
Partner with Customer Success and Cloud leadership teams
Translate complex analytical findings into strategic recommendations for executives
Own projects end-to-end from problem framing through executive presentation
Provide cross-cloud analytics support to Cloud Success leadership
Respond quickly to questions from senior leaders
Occasionally work outside standard hours to meet business needs
Mentor junior analysts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be a singular U.S. citizen with no dual citizenship
Must operate on U.S. soil
Ability to meet customer and government screening standards
Criminal Justice Information Services screening with fingerprint scan
U.S. federal government Minimum Background Investigation (MBI) for a Moderate Public Trust position
7–10 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or a related field
Degree or equivalent proven experience
Strong experience with ad-hoc analysis, deep-dive analysis, predictive modeling, and forecasting
Experience in variance analysis, impact analysis, and root cause analysis
Business partnering experience with cross-functional teams
Strong stakeholder management skills across varying levels of seniority
Excellent executive presentation skills
Extensive experience writing complex SQL queries
Expertise in a major visualization tool such as Tableau or Power BI
Ability to mentor junior analysts
Nice-to-have: 2+ years of direct data engineering experience
Nice-to-have: Tableau certification (Desktop Specialist/Professional)
Nice-to-have: Experience working with cloud data sources
Nice-to-have: Strong interest in emerging technologies and applying AI to analytics work
