About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, pilot, and scale AI-driven implementation playbooks and automation tools for data and process transformations, including Veeva Vault to Agentforce Life Sciences
Establish standardized methodologies using generative AI platforms for complex system integrations
Evaluate and refine implementation tools using feedback from field deployments
Create reusable implementation assets, reference architectures, and training modules
Serve as the primary subject matter expert connecting product engineering, field consultants, and customer implementation teams
Develop and deliver technical enablement workshops and field guides
Lead technical discovery sessions for commercial Life Sciences use cases
Partner with Product Management to prioritize feature enhancements
Publish solution blueprints and configuration best practices
Develop and deploy implementation accelerators and process improvements that reduce customer time-to-value
Lead internal and external enablement sessions
Improve global Solution Design implementation assessment scores and support growth goals for the Life Sciences portfolio

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
10+ years of software implementation and integration experience within the Life Sciences industry
Focused expertise in designing and implementing Veeva Vault CRM solutions
Proven track record of developing scalable implementation methodologies, best practices, and technical tools that improve project outcomes
Applied experience using leading AI platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor (preferred)
Experience managing, collaborating with, or leading offshore software development teams (preferred)
Strong familiarity with the Salesforce platform and broader integration ecosystem (preferred)
