About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the strategic vision and execution for measuring, monitoring, and improving customer implementation health across the full customer lifecycle
Define and drive the multi-year product strategy and roadmap for Implementation Health
Develop frameworks for health signals, contextual information, and ML-powered insights
Partner with T&P, Data Science, and Engineering to improve model accuracy, coverage, and interpretability
Translate product usage, support interactions, implementation telemetry, and customer feedback into actionable health metrics
Drive alignment and investment across Product, Engineering, Data Science, Sales, Customer Success Group, and Marketing leadership
Lead cross-functional pods to deliver health capabilities on time, at quality, and at scale
Embed health signals and context into human-agent workflows, proactive engagements, QBRs, and renewal motions
Scale the framework across Salesforce's cloud portfolio, including M&A-integrated products such as Slack, Informatica, and Agentforce
Influence senior stakeholders at the VP/SVP level without direct authority

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related technical/quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience
10+ years of product management experience, including leadership in highly matrixed, cross-functional enterprise environments
Proven expertise in the product area end-to-end at Director level or equivalent
Significant experience with B2B SaaS or enterprise software, delivering products at scale across diverse customer segments
Deep understanding of data analytics, ML model development, and systems integration
Ability to operate as both a strategic thinker and an execution driver
Ability to set a 3-year vision and unblock a sprint
Track record of driving senior-level alignment and translating complex data and technical concepts into crisp executive narratives
Preferred: hands-on familiarity with SQL, Python, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
Preferred: Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering Management, or Data Analytics, or equivalent
