About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

  • Own feedback loops, offer performance reporting, and V2MOM updates
  • Monitor industry trends, the competitive landscape, and Salesforce’s AI roadmap
  • Translate market and technology developments into implications for Success Plans
  • Build, justify, and operationalize changes to Success Plan offers
  • Collaborate across Customer Success and Salesforce product organizations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or Strategy, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 10+ years of product management experience, including packaging/pricing of B2B SaaS support, success, or services offerings
  • Track record owning a product line end-to-end — strategy, roadmap, GTM enablement, and post-launch iteration
  • Strong cross-functional influence skills across Sales, CS, and Marketing without direct reporting lines
  • Experience with subscription/tiered pricing models and customer retention/adoption metrics
  • Familiarity with AI and agentic technologies, including Agentforce, and their impact on customer adoption, enablement, and support needs
  • Deep Salesforce platform and product knowledge
  • Understanding of enterprise software go-to-market practices
  • Experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or product management focused on monetization and business strategy
  • Strong systems thinking and ability to analyze complex business problems
  • Clear, concise writing and presentation skills
  • Preferred: M.B.A.
  • Preferred: Experience building or evolving offers/programs tied to AI-driven products
