About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of Recruiting Transformation projects
  • Define scope, milestones, dependencies, resourcing, and success criteria
  • Own project plans, schedules, issues, and risks across multiple concurrent projects
  • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and RAID logs
  • Identify and mitigate risks; manage project intake, prioritization, and change control
  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and dependencies to deliver on time, in scope, and on budget
  • Collaborate daily with development, support, business teams, and global process owners
  • Track and report project status, metrics, and RAG health to stakeholders and leadership
  • Maintain charters, status reports, meeting notes, decision logs, and process/change-management artifacts
  • Drive stakeholder communication, escalations, readouts, change management, and enablement planning
  • Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, and reviews; drive decisions and action items
  • Provide leadership to local and virtual project teams
  • Conduct post-project reviews and retrospectives
  • Assist with presentations and status readouts for leaders and senior executives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience managing projects from initiation through close-out, including scope, schedule, risk, and quality management
  • Expert project management skills across planning, capacity planning, and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and tools
  • Familiarity with recruiting/talent acquisition processes and systems, such as ATS platforms, sourcing, and interview lifecycle, strongly preferred
  • Prior experience supporting or working within a Recruiting or Talent function is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including active listening and sound judgment for different audiences
  • Comfortable presenting to senior-level stakeholders and sponsors
  • Strong critical-thinking skills and ability to structure ambiguous, cross-functional problems into plans
  • Ability to work effectively with virtual and global cross-functional teams
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with demonstrated leadership experience on large, complex projects
  • Experience gathering data, tracking metrics, and translating data into status insights and recommendations
  • Formal project management training/education
  • Professional project management certification such as PMP, CAPM, or similar is preferred
