About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with the sales team to understand client business requirements, primarily within Manufacturing and secondarily across Automotive, Energy & Utilities, Retail, and Consumer Goods
  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to identify client pain points and improvement opportunities
  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations showcasing Salesforce Revenue Cloud capabilities
  • Explain how Revenue Cloud streamlines the quote-to-cash process across catalogs, pricing, CPQ, contract lifecycle management, and orders
  • Create and present solutions that automate revenue operations and deliver seamless buying and selling experiences
  • Answer technical questions and address client concerns throughout the sales process
  • Collaborate with the services team and partner community to ensure customer success
  • Stay current on Revenue Cloud features, best practices, and industry trends
  • Participate in industry and product events and webinars

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a Solution Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar role
  • Experience preferably focused on Salesforce or related CRM platforms
  • Good understanding of Salesforce Revenue Cloud, including CPQ, contract lifecycle management, order management, and billing
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong client-facing skills and a passion for client success
  • Experience working with APIs is highly preferred
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and customization is nice to have
  • Experience with legacy CPQ or billing migration scenarios is nice to have
  • Salesforce certifications are nice to have
