About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead a team of Account Executives selling specialist analytics solutions across nonprofit segments
  • Formulate and implement strategies to increase business growth
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Pre-sales, Partner Alliances, Services, and HR
  • Develop and lead the team to generate revenue and achieve individual, team, and organizational quotas
  • Define and implement account plans aligned with sales strategy
  • Hire, train, and develop a team
  • Develop team members into sales-ready candidates for future Account Executive positions
  • Create industry-specific pipeline programs to drive pipeline and revenue
  • Motivate individuals and the team to exceed objectives through coaching, regular results broadcasts, and creative incentives
  • Report on team and individual results, pipeline generation, pipeline quality, and revenue forecasting
  • Define campaign follow-up and reporting with Marketing
  • Work with executive leadership and sales leaders to ensure pipeline quality, quantity, and follow-up
  • Recommend process improvements in collaboration with Operations
  • Identify improvements in process, efficiency, and productivity
  • Coach the team and inspire high performance and career development

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3-5 years of experience leading Account Executives
  • Consistent track record creating successful teams and leading them to success
  • Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership capabilities
  • Experience in sales coaching and mentoring
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, team environment
