About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Shape the long-term direction of the Customer Success organization through data-driven insights and strategic planning
Drive product adoption strategy, analytics innovation, and scalable engagement motions
Create scalable reporting assets to reduce ad-hoc requests and improve stakeholder access to insights
Coach team members on Tableau and analytics best practices
Analyze large and complex datasets, interpreting trends, patterns, and anomalies for strategic decision-making
Perform detailed data analysis and develop complex data models
Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports
Enable end-users through TableauNext
Clean and preprocess data for analytics and machine learning
Identify and create relevant data features
Build predictive machine learning models under guidance of senior team members
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions
Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, business, data and analytics, and project/program management teams
Support strategic initiative planning, design, and delivery
Inform executive decision-making and build organizational consensus

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Economics, Finance, Math/Statistics or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in roles requiring data, business analytics, financial due diligence, strategic planning and business acumen
Proficiency with databases, including SQL
Strong knowledge of statistics
Experience using statistical packages such as Python/R and Tableau
Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau
Knowledge of Tableau best practices, performance optimization techniques, and agentic capabilities
Ability to synthesize multiple sources of information into a compelling strategic point of view
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Familiarity with data and analytics concepts
Ability to work with data professionals to translate insights into actionable recommendations
Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration experience
Experience managing complex projects and initiatives
Background in management consulting or strategy highly preferred
