About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Author, sequence, and manage the analytics backlog for Messaging Platform capabilities
Evaluate trade-offs based on business value, engineering effort, and dependency risks
Secure cross-functional consensus on analytics roadmap priorities
Define standardized business dimensions, data schemas, logging protocols, and ingestion cadences
Produce developer-ready technical specifications for engineering teams
Drive gap analyses to identify untracked events and schema blind spots
Design and deploy standardized KPI frameworks for platform health and feature adoption
Partner with Data Engineering and Data Science leadership on pipeline design and system architecture
Resolve blockers before delivery
Define UAT frameworks, business-rule checks, and sign-off criteria for analytics deployments
Own the requirements and reporting-specification source of truth
Design enablement programs to improve data literacy and self-serve analytics adoption

Requirements

What you’ll need

8–12+ years in business intelligence, data analytics, or data product management
Demonstrated record of defining and delivering enterprise-grade data platform roadmaps
Proven track record independently owning an analytics or data platform roadmap
Experience identifying investment white space and building business cases
Proficiency in SQL and Tableau
Strong foundational understanding of Snowflake data warehousing architectures
Understanding of behavioral analytics concepts, including event tracking, funnel analysis, and usage metrics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven capability to influence executive leadership at VP+ level
Ability to facilitate cross-departmental collaboration and drive strategic alignment across Marketing, Product, and Engineering
Salesforce ecosystem experience, including Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, or Slack, is an advantage
Background in enterprise B2B marketing operations, messaging architecture, or digital campaign analytics is an advantage
Experience collaborating across complex, matrixed global organizations and geographically distributed teams is an advantage
