About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the narrative arc for the entire Sales Cloud portfolio
  • Develop, evolve, and pressure-test messaging against customer reality, competitive dynamics, and business strategy
  • Own and elevate the executive voice across high-impact forums
  • Lead end-to-end development of keynotes for Dreamforce, World Tours, flagship events, and company-wide gatherings
  • Develop narrative structures, slides, scripts, demos, and speaker coaching
  • Scale the core narrative externally to establish category leadership in CRM and revenue intelligence markets
  • Build and activate customer advocacy across events, case studies, social, and media
  • Cultivate relationships with analysts, influencers, and industry voices
  • Serve as storytelling lead across the broader product marketing team
  • Develop pitch decks, messaging and positioning frameworks, customer success stories, event content, and enablement materials
  • Partner with Sales Cloud leadership, Product Management, and Product Marketers on messaging activation
  • Support major product launches and go-to-market strategies
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects and deliver high-quality output on deadline

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing or a related field
  • Deep focus on enterprise SaaS products, preferably within CRM, revenue and sales technology
  • Demonstrated depth in the sales/revenue technology stack, including forecasting, pipeline/deal execution, revenue orchestration, or adjacent point solutions
  • Track record of leading executive keynotes and high-stakes presentations at major public stages
  • Ability to develop narratives that simplify complexity and move audiences
  • Ability to build narratives and coach executives, colleagues, customers, and partners to deliver them
  • Experience crafting and delivering executive presentations, including narrative structure, scripting, slide-building, and speaker preparation
  • Track record of building customer advocacy
  • Experience cultivating relationships with analysts, influencers, and industry voices
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Track record of launching products and driving go-to-market strategies with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to build direct relationships with product leaders and founders
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strategic thinking and passion for storytelling
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • MBA a plus
