About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients
Identify and lead internal strategic initiatives to grow the consulting practice
Contribute to the community’s knowledge base and expertise
Guide customers and colleagues in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies that increase business value
Teach complex concepts and apply creative, prescriptive thinking
Identify and proactively manage risk areas through complete resolution
Manage customer expectations and negotiate solutions to complex problems with customers and third-party partners
Review and correct project or program direction, approach, and key artifacts
Keep programs on track and ensure solutions are extendable and maintainable
Work with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients to architect technology solutions
Contribute to program vision and advise on project strategies involving enabling technologies, including the Salesforce Platform
Architect and deliver agentic, AI-first solutions for life sciences enterprise customers across commercial and clinical operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years enterprise architecture or consulting experience
Strong application design skills
Strong data, integration, and security architecture skills
Experience in the Life Sciences industry, particularly Pharma/Biopharma
Background in pharmaceutical commercial operations, field force engagement, HCP/HCO relationship management, or regulatory compliance
Strong presentation skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to rapidly learn and use new concepts, business models, and technologies
Ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration
Strong experience in integration concepts, designs, and patterns
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; equivalent work experience will be considered
Multiple Salesforce Architecture certifications, or Salesforce Certified Agentforce Life Sciences Consultant, are an advantage
Hands-on experience with Agentforce for Life Sciences or equivalent Life Sciences CRM platforms is an advantage
Knowledge of HCP/HCO structures, Affiliations, Specialty Pharmacy, Medical Affairs, and compliant engagement workflows is an advantage
Experience supporting or delivering implementations for major pharmaceutical companies is an advantage
Familiarity with the agentic enterprise model and AI agents in life sciences commercial and clinical operations is an advantage
Collaboration and teamwork skills
Ability to explain areas of expertise clearly and confidently and engage C-level audiences
