Design and build enterprise-grade integration solutions and take them to production
Solve real-world problems at the largest scale for enterprise customers
Connect Agentforce to ERP, PLM, and CRM systems
Architect API-led connectivity strategies
Design agentic data pipelines
Set AI integration roadmaps with customer executive teams
Work in small, focused teams to deliver high-stakes integration projects
Bring field learnings back to shape Salesforce's Agentforce platform and methodology
Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, from engineers to C-suite executives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Deep, hands-on experience integrating enterprise systems (ERP, PLM, CRM)
Strong understanding of the Generative AI landscape
Strong foundation in integration architecture principles, including API-led connectivity, process orchestration, application lifecycle management, and security
Strong engineering background
Proficiency in at least one coding language: Python, Java, JavaScript, Node, Go, or similar
Ability and interest in traveling domestically as needed for client engagements
4–8 years in Enterprise Architecture or Solution Engineering
2+ years dedicated to enterprise architecture in a customer-facing role
Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, LLMs, and Generative AI architecture in enterprise settings
Understanding of risk mitigation, compliance, and security in enterprise software contexts
Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent experience are preferred fields; no required credential is stated
