Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute acquisition integration strategy
  • Partner with a large cross-functional team to orchestrate integration planning and execution throughout the deal lifecycle
  • Build trusted cross-functional relationships to drive alignment and negotiate complex trade-offs
  • Apply strategic and critical thinking to challenge assumptions and generate innovative solutions
  • Enable agile decision-making and take calculated risks to accelerate progress
  • Develop and deliver tailored change management programs
  • Accelerate acquired businesses' connection, productivity, and overall performance
  • Provide transparency through stakeholder and sponsor updates
  • Communicate progress and surface issues and opportunities
  • Champion team wins and use feedback and measurement to adjust programs and remove barriers
  • Work with the team in a hybrid schedule three days per week in San Francisco, Seattle, or New York

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6-8 years experience in consulting, corporate development, or similar domain leading complex, large-scale programs
  • Experience managing teams and stakeholders across diverse geographies and time zones
  • Experience in planning, design, and implementation of complex, cross-functional business efforts
  • Ability to challenge assumptions, solve complex problems, and apply analytical rigor
  • Strong stakeholder influence, partnering, collaboration, negotiation, and alignment skills
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities amid ambiguity or uncertainty
  • Strong meeting leadership and facilitation skills
  • High EQ and strong team-oriented leadership skills
  • Ability to identify, frame, and address risks and issues and recommend mitigations or resolutions
  • Strong initiative, personal ownership, and follow-through
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Very strong presenting skills and ability to synthesize complex topics for senior stakeholders
  • Broad understanding of M&A, including acquisition lifecycle, integration planning, and strategic considerations
  • Broad understanding of SaaS business, including Go To Market, Product, and Operations
  • Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and manage high-stakes projects
  • Salesforce.com organization and product knowledge is a plus
