Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the promotions program, including the calendar, nomination workflow, readiness planning, communications, approvals, system handoffs, and exception routing
  • Translate talent policy into practical employee, manager, and business-partner workflows
  • Drive cross-functional delivery with Employee Success Business Partners, Compensation, Finance, Product, Technology, Analytics, and Communications
  • Maintain program plans, decision records, documentation, recommendations, and leadership updates
  • Apply AI and automation to research, documentation, analysis, coordination, and quality checks
  • Translate program challenges and user feedback into system requirements, test scenarios, and prioritized improvements
  • Develop guidance and enablement, monitor program health, and use feedback and data to reduce friction and manual effort
  • Contribute promotions insights to related performance and talent initiatives
  • Deliver measurable improvements in quality, efficiency, and ease of use across talent programs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Demonstrated experience designing, delivering, or significantly improving talent-management programs in a complex organization
  • Experience with promotions, performance management, talent reviews, or closely related enterprise people processes
  • Strong program leadership, including turning ambiguity into a workable plan, managing dependencies, and following through across multiple partners
  • Sound judgment about policy, operational exceptions, confidential information, and escalation or approval requirements
  • Product and systems mindset connecting processes, data, technology, and communications
  • Practical fluency with AI tools and willingness to experiment, evaluate results, and improve work
  • Clear written communication and facilitation skills
  • Ability to lead through influence and balance strategic thinking with detailed execution
  • Experience delivering global promotions or performance cycles would be especially useful
  • Experience partnering with Compensation, Finance, and HR technology teams would be especially useful
  • Experience improving employee or manager workflows through automation or AI would be especially useful
  • Experience creating reusable process documentation, knowledge resources, and manager enablement would be especially useful
