About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the internal driver of the Technical Resilience Group operating cadence
Translate governance recommendations into repeatable, auditable processes reported to the Enterprise Resilience Board
Partner with Digital Enterprise Technology, Technology & Product Engineering, Information Security, and other stakeholder domain leads
Establish consistent RTO/RPO definitions, reporting standards, and issue-resolution workflows across stakeholder domains
Drive prioritized, risk-based resilience exercising practices
Continuously improve technical and broader operational resilience
Operationalize automated feedback and after-action review pipelines
Use LLM-assisted parsing tools to translate qualitative post-exercise findings into measurable, trackable improvements
Lead external benchmarking of Salesforce’s technical resilience exercising posture against SOC 2, DORA, peer enterprise standards, and compliance frameworks
Coordinate with internal governance, risk and compliance stakeholders and customer-facing security teams to keep the program audit-ready and competitive

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in technical resilience, business resilience, enterprise security, or a related discipline within a global, matrixed technology organization
Hands-on experience with resilience engineering practices including disaster recovery testing, observability, safe change, and availability management
Experience applying generative AI, large language models (LLMs), or automation tools to optimize engineering or operational workflows
Familiarity with Agentforce Platform and other AI products is a strong plus
Experience operating within structured governance frameworks such as Enterprise Resilience Boards (ERBs) or Technical Resilience Groups (TRGs)
Ability to translate technical findings into executive-ready reporting
Excellent written communication and ability to synthesize complex technical findings for senior stakeholders and board-level audiences
Direct, hands-on experience developing, establishing, and maintaining technical resilience practices across complex, multi-domain technology environments
Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), Certificate of the Business Continuity Institute (CBCI), or similar industry certification
Familiarity with SOC 2, DORA, NIST, and related cloud/infrastructure audit standards
Experience driving adoption of enterprise resilience, IT service management (ITSM), or governance, risk, and compliance platforms
Experience collaborating with external advisory firms and owning internal follow-through on recommendations
Additional cloud certifications or exposure to multi-cloud environments is a plus
