Key responsibilities & impact

Drive ambiguous projects to achieve stated strategic objectives
Partner with REWS and cross-functional teams to obtain approvals and influence decision-making, including with senior executive sponsors
Use project management tools and technology to streamline planning, tracking, and reporting
Manage project budgets, including vendor and partner costs for capital-intensive projects
Build relationships across REWS and cross-functional partner teams to implement process improvements and initiatives
Execute strategic scenario planning and analysis for critical decision-making
Develop and present executive-level presentations
Develop and execute comprehensive stakeholder communication plans
Support change management strategies to maximize employee adoption and usage of required changes
Address issues, identify root causes, and implement project solutions
Lead initiatives at the intersection of AI, innovation, and workplace strategy
Collaborate with REWS and company functions to develop and implement comprehensive solutions
Report to the Senior Director of Real Estate Strategic Initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in end-to-end real estate project management, consulting, or strategic/innovation program management
Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong general business discernment and ability to distill sophisticated issues, develop solutions, and implement effective strategies
Experience identifying and executing process improvements to automate and scale real estate operations
Experience developing dashboard reporting from existing data sources to monitor financial and operational performance against budgets and industry benchmarks
Experience leading internal approval processes and managing approval timelines
Experience with project management software such as Smartsheet, Asana, AirTable, Slack, or Linear
Comfort working in AI-enabled collaboration tools, including Slack and generative AI tools
Ability to handle multiple high-visibility projects simultaneously
Experience driving major initiatives across diverse, geographically dispersed, multicultural environments
Experience partnering with Real Estate, Employee Success, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Business Technology, and Global Safety & Security functions
Ability to operate effectively in a high-impact, fast-paced environment with ambiguity
Ability to think strategically and act in a detailed, hands-on manner
Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
Proactive, self-starter attitude and high motivation
Highly responsive and service-oriented demeanor
PMP, Six Sigma, Change Management (Prosci), or similar experience preferred
