About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives and new product launches within Customer Success
  • Drive strategic development of large-scale, cross-organizational programs
  • Contribute to business strategy and bridge cross-functional teams to realize program vision
  • Build cross-functional relationships and drive stakeholder alignment
  • Partner with Experience teams on technology and process development aligned with Customer Success strategies
  • Collaborate with Product Architects, Support Engineers, and Success Managers to design delivery models
  • Adapt communication for executive leadership and cross-functional working groups
  • Develop program approaches and lead successful delivery
  • Drive program plans and launch activities through the formal stage-gate process
  • Staff, prioritize, and capacity-plan programs with Business Technology and shared services teams using agile methodologies
  • Lead weekly/daily team calls and monthly Steering Committee calls
  • Bridge strategy, capacity, content, technology, engineering, support delivery, and global enablement
  • Anticipate problems, create mitigation plans, and escalate gaps
  • Foster cross-team collaboration and lead decision-making when needed
  • Develop and govern PMO best practices
  • Define, implement, and continuously improve the program launch process
  • Serve as product owner for shared-services sprint planning
  • Train and enable cross-functional teams on program management disciplines

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of Program Management and/or Product Launch experience in a highly matrixed environment
  • Outstanding organizational, communication (verbal/presentation/written), and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce products and how they connect to offer a comprehensive solution
  • Proven experience working with global teams across multiple cultures, time zones, departments, and functions
  • Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives and technical and non-technical team members
  • Flexibility in shifting direction quickly when priorities change
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, process-driven mindset, and resourcefulness
  • Analytical thinking and cross-functional decision-making in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Self-starter able to work with minimal guidance
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM), PMI, or PrMI certification is ideal
