About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work alongside enterprise customers to understand processes and identify valuable automation opportunities
  • Define successful execution and establish measures of customer value, including time saved, operational cost, reliability, and maintenance
  • Partner with engineering and forward-deployed engineers to move workflows from exploration through production adoption
  • Distinguish customer-specific requirements from recurring core-product needs
  • Shape product vision, roadmap, and sequencing across agent learning, execution, evaluation, governance, and self-service
  • Prioritize customers, systems, and workflows for customer value and repeatable adoption
  • Translate customer requirements and technical constraints into product decisions
  • Partner with engineering and design to make workflow recording, building, testing, debugging, and operation accessible
  • Define user understanding, result verification, failure recovery, and control for consequential actions
  • Establish success criteria and release gates based on task completion, correctness, intervention rates, and time to value
  • Build a path from hands-on onboarding to increasingly self-service adoption
  • Partner with product marketing, sales, pricing, security, and legal to bring the offering to market
  • Shape positioning, packaging, and the customer journey from demonstration through production use
  • Build growth strategy connecting enterprise buying decisions with technical validation and practitioner credibility
  • Keep leadership aligned on investment, strategic evidence, and next decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience taking an enterprise software product from ambiguity into production adoption
  • Hands-on experience bringing AI-powered products to users
  • Understanding of evaluation, reliability, latency, cost, and human oversight for AI products
  • Technical fluency with agent behavior, APIs, workflow state, permissions, and failure recovery
  • Experience building directly with customers, translating business objectives and daily processes into product decisions
  • Senior product judgment and experience owning consequential roadmap and investment tradeoffs
  • Ability to remain hands-on with product testing, precise requirements, and failure investigation
  • Helpful experience in enterprise automation, integration platforms, RPA, developer tools, or agent-based products
  • Helpful experience with products used across SAP, Oracle, Workday, or Salesforce
  • Helpful experience combining enterprise sales with self-service evaluation or product-led adoption
  • Helpful experience working with forward-deployed engineering teams
  • Helpful experience growing a zero-to-one product within a startup or incubation team
