About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own Feedback Loops, Salesforce's internal product connecting internal and external customer feedback across Salesforce clouds
Synthesize feedback using agentic tools and translate it into clear, actionable input for product teams
Influence product prioritization by presenting synthesized feedback and recommendations to product leaders
Close the loop with field teams and customers by communicating how feedback was addressed
Read and analyze code and technical specifications to engage product and engineering teams credibly
Discuss epics, stories and sprints with product and engineering teams
Spend approximately 25% of time hands-on coding, primarily in Python and SQL
Build lightweight tools and scripts to automate feedback synthesis and reporting
Engage with product managers, engineering teams, field teams and senior leaders across Product, Field, Pricing, Marketing, Finance and Customer Success

Requirements

What you’ll need

Engineering background with the ability to read, analyze and discuss code, epics, stories and sprints
Fluency in Python and SQL
Ability to split time between technical analysis and engagement with product managers and leaders, roughly 75/25
Experience influencing product stakeholders without direct authority
Clear written and verbal communication for translating technical detail into product decisions
Experience with agentic coding tools or AI-assisted development (even better)
Background in customer feedback, voice of customer or similar programs (even better)
Experience working across a cross-cloud or multi-product environment (even better)
