About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the lead Senior Solution Architect on complex, enterprise-level Salesforce projects
  • Design scalable, robust, and future-proof end-to-end solutions
  • Drive strategic discovery sessions, executive workshops, and blueprinting
  • Capture complex business requirements and translate them into architectural designs
  • Oversee solution design and deployment across the Salesforce MarTech stack
  • Define integration strategy and architecture between Salesforce and external enterprise systems
  • Design data models and API-led connectivity approaches
  • Guide technical delivery teams during implementation
  • Advise senior business and IT leaders and translate business goals into technology roadmaps
  • Establish Centers of Excellence, architectural guidelines, release management strategies, and compliance frameworks
  • Mentor mid-level architects and technical delivery teams
  • Partner with senior client stakeholders on marketing technology roadmaps
  • Communicate complex multi-cloud architectural concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Build trusted client relationships, handle architectural escalations, and identify platform expansion opportunities
  • Lead platform audits, architectural health checks, and technical debt resolution
  • Provide architectural oversight for performant and scalable solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of experience in CRM, Marketing Automation, or enterprise software implementation
  • At least 3–5 years acting specifically as a Solution Architect or Enterprise Architect
  • Deep architectural expertise and hands-on solution design experience across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketing Cloud Personalization, Data Cloud, Loyalty Management, and Intelligence (formerly Datorama)
  • Proven track record designing high-scale, multi-org, and cross-cloud solutions
  • Strong conceptual understanding of AMPscript, SSJS, APIs, SQL, and custom ETL solutions
  • Advanced/Fluent English proficiency required
  • Advanced/Fluent Spanish proficiency required
  • Advanced Salesforce certifications preferred, such as Marketing Cloud Consultant, Data Cloud Consultant, or Personalization Accredited Professional
  • Proven experience in enterprise-level Agile delivery methodologies and managing multi-stream projects preferred
  • Knowledge of global data security and privacy regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, and LGPD, preferred
